Why not hire a full-time assistant?

Hiring a skilled virtual assistant or personal assistant typically comes with a hefty price tag, averaging $50 or more per hour. Over the course of a year, this expense can accumulate to over $75,000, including benefits. However, your need for assistance might not be consistent throughout the entire year. There are likely periods when you are not as busy, leaving you stuck with ongoing payments for a service you’re not fully utilizing. Moreover, if you opt for hourly payments and the project requires more time than initially estimated, you may find yourself paying more than anticipated.

Opting for a monthly subscription plan provides flexibility, allowing you to pause and resume your subscription as needed. This ensures that you only pay for the assistance you require, precisely when you need it and in the manner that suits your specific needs.

Is there a task limit?

Nope, once you are subscribed you can add as many task requests as you would like to your queue. They will be worked on and delivered one by one.

How fast will I receive tasks?

On average, most are completed with two days. If the project is more complex, they can take a little longer.

Who are the assistants?

HappyVA is a team of one (for now!). That means you are working directly with Bri the founder. If I ever need to outsource or bring someone in, you will be the first to know and approve.

How does the pause feature work?

We understand that your virtual assistant needs may not require a continuous month of service. It’s possible that at the moment, you only have one or two tasks that you need assistance with. This is where the flexibility to pause your subscription becomes beneficial.

Our billing cycles are structured on a monthly basis. Consider this scenario: after signing up and utilizing the virtual assistant service for 15 days, you decide to pause your subscription. By doing so, the billing cycle is put on hold, leaving you with 15 days of available service for future use whenever it best suits your needs.

How do I request tasks?

At HappyVA, we keep things simple when it comes to requesting tasks. We have partnered with Zendo to give us a unique dashboard! You can drop requests directly there, share Google Docs or drop a quick video links to explain what you need (because who wants to write a novel?), we’ve got you covered. Basically, if it can be linked or shared in Zendo, it’s all good.

PS – so you will create a Zendo account and you can add your tasks and control your subscription all in ONE place.

What if I’m not happy with the finished task?

No worries, drop a comment, let me know how I can fix it and we will continue to work on it until you are 100% happy. That is the name of the game here.

Are there task limitations?

We have most of our tasks listed (here) but if you are unsure, we can help you or complete your tasks send us an email!

What if I have a single request?

That’s totally fine, submit it. Then you can pause your subscription when it is finished and when you have additional needs activate your subscription again.

Refunds if I'm unsatisfied?

Because tasks are completed, and you will receive high quality work plus unlimited revisions there are no refunds going to be issued.
